You are responsible for paying any applicable fees and charges associated with your use of Capital Bank's products and services:

  • As disclosed in our fee schedule or applicable agreements
  • Including but not limited to account maintenance fees, transaction fees, and service charges
  • Capital Bank reserves the right to change or modify its fees and charges at any time
  • Prior notice will be provided as required by law for any fee changes

All content, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property rights related to Capital Bank's products and services are owned or licensed by Capital Bank. You agree not to:
